• Achieve the required pass mark on the skilled
  migration points test, which is currently
  65 for these visas. 

• Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
  through SkillSelect. 

• Once invited, submit your application
  within 60 days. 

• Be aged under 45 when we invite
  you to apply for the visa. 

• Pass a skills assessment for an occupation
  listed on the relevant skilled occupation list. 

• Meet English language, health, and character requirements. 

• Achieve the required pass mark on the skilled
  migration points test, currently set at 65
  for these visas. 

• Pass a skills assessment for an occupation
  listed on the relevant Skilled Occupations List. 

• Meet English language, health,
  and character requirements. 

• Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)
  through SkillSelect. 

• Obtain a nomination from a State or Territory. 

• Once invited, submit your application within 60 days. 

• Be aged under 45 when we invite you to apply.

This is a 5-year temporary visa for individuals
willing to live and work in regional areas.
The criteria for this visa are similar to those of
the Subclass 190 visa. Additionally, you may be
sponsored by a relative residing in the regional
area where you are applying.
